The sky will write the story. We simply set the table.
On 12 August 2026, a total solar eclipse crossed Mallorca. We put one long table beneath it, on the terraces above the sea, and let the sky do the rest.
Every seat was taken. The menu existed for one night only.
19:30 · THE ARRIVAL As the sun began its descent over the Mediterranean, guests were welcomed with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and the first moments of anticipation.
19:45 · THE WELCOME The Mediterranean became the backdrop. There was no rush. Only anticipation.
19:45-21:00 · THE ECLIPSE RECEPTION Guests wandered freely between the terraces with seasonal creations and uninterrupted views of the sea. Conversation flowed. Glasses were raised. The sky began to change.
TOTALITY Service paused. Music faded. Conversation fell silent on its own. For four minutes, everything stopped.
21:00 · FIRST LIGHT The first notes of the piano drifted across the terrace. The celebration began.
21:00-23:30 · THE FEAST Beneath candlelight and live piano, Santi Taura served a menu created exclusively for that evening. Every course reflected the rhythm of the Mediterranean.
23:30 · THE FAREWELL Every journey comes to an end. The memory does not.
